Five steps from your cutting list to a flat pack
We work mainly with cabinet makers, joiners and builders. You set the sizes, we price the job and machine it. No showroom, no designers, no site visits — just a cutting shop that turns your numbers around fast.
Send us your sizes
You measure, we cut. Work in millimetres and note anything fixed — windows, power points, the waste pipe, a sloping floor. We do not do site measures.
- • Measure at three heights; old Queenslanders are rarely square
• Mark which end is the finished return
• Note the appliance models, since ovens and dishwashers set the openings
2. Build the order online
Open the order builder and add cabinets one at a time. Set the height, width, depth, thickness and colours for each — your sizes, not the nearest catalogue step.
- • Base, wall, tall, components and doors, all in one list
• Finish, hinge side and drawer configuration set per cabinet
• Job-wide defaults set once, inherited by every line
• Saves a draft in your browser, so you can close the tab and come back
Already drawn the job in Mozaik? Skip this step and send us the job folder instead.
3. We quote it
Your order lands with us as a machine-ready file. We check it against real board sizes and hardware, then send a firm price — not an estimate that moves later.
- • We flag anything that will not fit, or will cost you more than it should
• The quote holds for 30 days
• Nothing is committed until you approve it
4. Cutting
On approval and deposit you get a cut date. Panels are machined, edged and drilled, then checked against your order line by line.
- • Every panel labelled and numbered to your plan
• Hardware bagged per cabinet, not thrown in loose
5. Flat-packed and labelled
Every order leaves flat-packed. We do not assemble — that is the trade-off that keeps the price and the lead time where they are.
Orders are collected from the workshop in Baringa — we do not deliver. Flat-packed, it travels in a ute or a trailer rather than needing a truck, and we are central enough to the Coast to be a short run from most of it.
Because everything is cut here, a remake is a day or two rather than a reorder from another state. That matters when your client is waiting.
What to have ready
Have these on hand and the builder takes about ten minutes for a typical kitchen.
- • Finished cabinet sizes in millimetres — width, height and depth per unit
• Appliance model numbers
• Which way each door should swing
• A decor name or code if you already know your finish
• A cutting list or job reference if you are working off one
Ready when you are
Open the builder and start adding cabinets. Nothing is committed until you approve a quote.
Common questions
Can I work straight from a cutting list?
Yes, fill out our order forms, Send finished cabinet sizes and we machine to them. If you would rather work visually, the online builder produces exactly the same file.
Do you sell direct, or trade only?
Mainly we supply cabinet makers, joiners and builders. We do take direct orders, but you will need your own finished cabinet sizes — we do not do site measures, design or layouts.
Do you assemble cabinets?
No. Everything leaves flat-packed, edge-banded, pre-drilled and labelled. Staying flat-pack only is what keeps the price and the lead time where they are.
Can I get a single replacement cabinet?
Yes. There is no minimum order. One drawer bank to replace a water-damaged unit is a normal job for us.
Do you supply doors and hardware, or just carcasses?
Both. Carcasses, doors, panels, hinges and runners — or carcass-only if you have doors coming from elsewhere.
What if a cabinet does not fit when it arrives?
If the measurement was wrong on the order, we recut at material cost and get it back to you quickly — the benefit of machining locally.
How long does an order take?
Two to three weeks from approval in most cases. You get a cut date when the quote is approved and the deposit is paid, so you are working to a date rather than an estimate.
Do you deliver?
No — orders are collected from the workshop at Shed 14/8 Matheson Street, Baringa. We are central to the Coast, so it is a short run from most of it, and everything leaves flat-packed so it travels in a ute or a trailer rather than needing a truck.
