If you already run Mozaik, you do not need to re-key anything. Send us the job folder and we machine it as drawn.

If Mozaik is already your drawing package, the job exists before you go looking for a supplier. Then the ordering starts: open someone else's portal, work through their product list, and enter every cabinet again in their words rather than yours.
Every one of those re-entries is a chance to put a number in the wrong box, and none of them make the cabinet any better.
We read the file you already have. No account, no trade application, no retyping — and the file we quote from is the file we cut from.
How to send it
1. Find the job folder
Your Mozaik jobs live under your Mozaik directory, one folder per job — the folder named after the job, containing the room files and the job data.
2. Zip it
Right-click the folder, Send to, Compressed (zipped) folder. Send the whole folder, not the individual files — the room data and the job parameters both matter.
3. Email it
Send the zip to quotes@flatcabco.au with your job reference and anything we should know. We will confirm we can open it and come back with a firm price.
What we need alongside the file
- The job folder carries the cabinets and their sizes. A few things sit outside it, so tell us:
• Your board and decor choices, if they are not already set in the job
• Hinge and runner brands, or whether you are supplying your own
• Whether you want adjustable legs
• Your job or PO reference, so the quote and the labels match your paperwork
The builder writes the same file
The order builder on this site produces a native .mzkord file — the same format our saw reads. So whichever way you order, the job reaches us as machine-ready data rather than as a list someone has to interpret.
That is why the quotes come back quickly, and why the price holds: we are pricing the actual cutting list, not an estimate of one.
What comes back
The same as any other order. Carcasses machined to the sizes in your file, 16 or 18mm HMR, 1 or 2mm ABS edging, hinge and runner drilling done, every panel labelled and numbered, hardware bagged per cabinet, flat-packed.
We do not assemble, and we do not redraw your job. What you drew is what we cut.
Common questions
Do I need to set the materials in Mozaik first?
No. Send the job with the sizes right and tell us the board, decor and hardware in the email — we set those here.
Will you change my job?
Only if something will not machine, and we will tell you before we touch it. Otherwise we cut it as drawn.
What if I use a different drawing package?
Send us the cutting list. Finished cabinet sizes in millimetres are all we need — the builder on this site takes the same information if you would rather work visually.
Do I need a trade account?
No. Email the file and we will quote it.
